Leading the design and stewardship of performance appraisal frameworks to elevate organisational productivity and talent effectiveness. Crafting and executing sophisticated compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Upholding rigorous compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices across all HR operations. Partnering closely with senior management to establish strategic performance objectives and reward architectures. Conducting in‑depth market analyses to inform recommendations on remuneration adjustments and enhancements to employee benefits. Overseeing end‑to‑end payroll governance to guarantee precision, timeliness, and adherence to policy standards. Providing expert counsel and capability‑building support to managers on performance management methodologies and reward systems. Producing high‑quality reports and analytical insights to underpin strategic decision‑making at the leadership level. The Successful Applicant

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. Deep expertise in compensation, rewards, and performance management frameworks.
