Business Development Staff - Sumatera Area Responsibilities

Identify and approach

Potential investors and partners for Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) opportunities

in the development of V‑Green EV charging stations across Indonesia.

Research and secure locations for EV charging stations in high‑potential areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property or business owners.

Negotiate and manage agreements with partners.

Maintain a pipeline of potential franchise potential clients such as Fleet Business, Rental Car, and Car Market.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.

Based in Batam, Palembang or Lampung (knowing well Sumatra Area).

Strong networking skills: connections in property, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés), or public spaces in Sumatra Area.

Experience in property (Rumah Bersubsidi), automotive, or MLM.

Understanding investor relations or working with private investors or well‑capitalized individuals is a plus.

Comfortable with traveling/relocating in Sumatra Area.

Able to join
