Conduct and consolidate Shopee’s budget projections, including short-term and long-term, according to management direction. Develop performance tracking measures to ensure proper cost monitoring. Collaborate with the finance team, management, and stakeholders to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Prepare periodic financial analysis reports and presentations for upper management. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Knowledge of budgeting methodologies, cost allocation, and revenue recognition principles. Effective communication and presentation skills for non-financial audiences. Proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus. Seniority level
