HR Development Manager (People & Organizational Development)
Create and develop systems related to management and organizational development include: organizational design, organization structure, job analysis, job evaluation, performance appraisal, competency mapping, competency dictionary, people development
Analyze, design, and collaborate with HR & Training team to conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement & develop and execute action plans or training program to address these issues in terms of employee accomplishments, skills and performance (include training and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management systems)
Collaborate with HR and Management to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies
Assess and recommend changes thorough analyses of the current organizational structure, policies, and procedures (including employee roles, departmental workflows, and overall company strategy) to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Responsible Performance Management, KPI & Action Plan Monitoring
Maintaining MPP of all division and Fully responsible for the employee recruitment process
Recommend candidates based on the results of psychological tests and preliminary interviews early, for then set schedules for further interviews
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to monitor the effectiveness of development initiatives. Regularly reviewing and reporting on these metrics to senior management
Requirements
Master Degree in Psychology (GPA: Minimum 3.00)
Having minimum 5 years related experience as People Organization Development Specialist
Able to perform administrative psychology and interpretation
Mastering interview skill & psychotest
Competence in the field of Recruitment system, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organization Structure & Performance Management
Experience in Ms. Office especially Ms. Visio & Ms. Excel
Have the ability to write and communicate well in English
Communicative, honest, disciplined, thorough and able to work as a team
Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
