ICT MSSP Solution Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate delivery of ICT and MSSP projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and scope.

Execute project activities such as requirement tracking, deployment coordination, and delivery documentation.

Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution during implementation.

Serve as the operational liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout project execution.

Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans and coordinate follow-ups on deliverables.

Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Collaborate with technical, network, and security delivery teams to ensure integrated ICT solution delivery

Work with vendors, subcontractors, and internal units to ensure all dependencies are aligned and managed.

Facilitate handover to operations and managed service teams after successful deployment.

Ensure that all deliverables meet the required technical and service quality standards before project closure.

Validate that documentation, testing results, and acceptance criteria are completed as per delivery checklist.

Support post-delivery review sessions to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or related roles, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industry.

Proven track record of success in leading pre-sales engagements, developing technical solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, including cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation technologies.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions to client challenges.

Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.

Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
