Job Description
Lead and execute end to end brand visual strategies across all touchpoints.
Develop high-impact creative concepts for large-scale marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
Maintain and evolve brand identity consistency across all channels (Digital, Print and Events).
Translate brand values, product USPs, and campaign objectives into strong, scroll-stopping visuals.
Own the visual quality control: from concepting, lay outing, revisions, until final output production.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce industry is a big plus).
Ability to work fast, adapt to feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Creative, innovative, trend-aware, and hungry to keep learning and leveling up.
Advanced proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a major plus).
Familiar with social media content formats (Reels, Feeds, etc.)
Willing to be placement at
Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
