is working with a major iGaming operator in the North American market with 1000+ staff across LATAM, Canada and Europe.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the overall acquisition strategy for North America grey-market territories. • Define CPA, LTV, and ROI targets aligned with commercial objectives. • Identify growth opportunities across new states/provinces and traffic sources. • Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team (internal and external partners). • Oversee paid media channels (PPC, paid social, programmatic, native, display). • Scale affiliate and partner programs with strong commercial negotiation. • Drive SEO strategy alongside content and technical teams. • Explore influencer, community, and alternative media channels. • Build strategic relationships with affiliate networks and direct publishers. • Negotiate competitive commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid). • Monitor traffic quality and ensure strong anti-fraud controls. • Own acquisition reporting, tracking, attribution modelling, and BI alignment. • Continuously optimise funnel performance (CTR to FTD to LTV). • Partner with CRM and Retention teams to ensure high-value user acquisition. • Leverage data science insights to refine targeting and bidding strategies. • Work closely with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with evolving • regulatory frameworks. • Maintain deep understanding of grey-market risk dynamics across North America. • Implement responsible marketing practices and player protection safeguards.

Requirements: • 7+ years in performance marketing within iGaming (casino/sportsbook preferred). • Demonstrated success operating in North American grey-market environments. • Strong experience managing 7-figure+ monthly acquisition budgets. • Proven affiliate program scaling experience. • Experience building or leading acquisition teams. • Requirements – Skills • Deep understanding of iGaming compliance sensitivities. • Strong commercial negotiation skills. • Advanced knowledge of tracking platforms (Voluum, AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4). • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. • Data-driven mindset with performance optimisation expertise.

Nice to Have: • Experience launching into newly regulated markets. • Background in sportsbook and casino acquisition. • Established affiliate network across North America. • Experience working in crypto or alternative payment ecosystems.
