Technical Account Manager Network Security Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia Job Description Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on network security solutions Manage post-sales technical relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Provide technical consultation on firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, and network security architecture Support customers during implementation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting Handle incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and recommendations Work closely with Sales, SOC, and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs Translate customer business requirements into technical security solutions Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and performance assessments Deliver technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to customers Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or internal escalation teams when required Stay updated on network security trends, threats, and best practices

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in network security, security engineering, or technical account management Strong knowledge of network security technologies: Firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or equivalent) VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN) IDS/IPS, WAF, NAC Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VLAN, WAN) Experience in troubleshooting network and security issues Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong customer-facing, presentation, and documentation skills Experience working with enterprise customers is a plus Relevant certifications are a plus: CCNA / CCNP Security Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSE CompTIA Security+ Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
