About the role

As a Procurement Project Officer , you will play a key role in the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta and involves overseeing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to ensure the smooth running of the business. What you'll be doing

Drive end‑to‑end tender processes (RFQ, bid evaluation, technical clarifications, contract negotiation) Ensure procurement activities align with project scope, budget, and timelines Collaborate with project engineers to validate technical specs Prepare documentation in compliance with audit/internal controls Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance What we're looking for

2‑3 years’ experience in project procurement (preferably engineering/manufacturing sector) Strong knowledge of tendering & technical evaluation Experience with CAPEX or industrial construction projects is a plus Excellent negotiation & stakeholder communication skills Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field
