[NSID] Post-Sales Engineer (Software/Identity Security)

Job Description:

Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.

Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.

Monitor and support core network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and SSL certificates.

Perform basic SQL queries and ensure database connectivity and performance.

Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues using a structured, problem‑solving approach.

Document technical procedures, best practices, and system configurations.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support web and authentication system integrations.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from IT or related majors.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.

Experience or familiarity with identity and security systems such as SSO, MFA, or other authentication platforms.

Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, web servers, and basic integration workflows.

Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.

Comfortable communicating with international vendors or support teams.

Strong documentation skills to clearly communicate technical details and procedures.

High learning agility with a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.

Energetic, open‑minded, a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
