IT Business Analyst & Project Manager Officer (PMO) Junior Executive

IT Business Analyst & Project Manager Officer (PMO) Junior Executive Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;

Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Assistant Manager, or 3 years as an IT Project Manager;

Strong understanding of Scrum methodology;

Technical skills in database, front-end, and back-end development;

Experience in project timeline management, risk assessment & mitigation, sprint planning, backlog management, & technical documentation (e.g. URG);

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and actionable IT requirements;

Monitor and control project progress, including tracking risks and issues, and report project status to stakeholders;

Evaluate current business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness;

Create and maintain business requirement documents and support overall project documentation;

Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding
