Responsibilities
Willingness to comply with regulations related to occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L).
Do HR-related job, such as: maintain employee data and administration, manage reports, data analysis, etc.
Performs communications to employees regarding company HR rules.
Collaborates with all team members in all HR Project/Activities.

Selection and Interview Process
Offering and Onboarding
Management and Branding
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Union Relations and Negotiations
Employee Grievance Management
Requirements
Possess a Bachelorโs Degree in Psychology, LAW, or any related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
Excellent English communication skills - convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
Willing to be placed in Cianjur.
