Leasing Officer (Jakarta)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities:

Approach prospective customers in the assigned market area.

Analyze customer business and prepare lease finance proposals and credit applications.

Conduct site surveys of lessee projects.

Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.

Manage and monitor running deal accounts.

Increase business portfolio within the assigned region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication, or related field).

Experience in heavy equipment financing is a strong advantage (minimum 1 year preferred).

Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel to remote project areas.
