Roles & Responsible Overseeing smooth running of hotel and coordinating between departments Personally welcoming guest and handling complex guest feedback or emergencies Delegating tasks conducting shift briefings, and monitoring staff performances Ensures that all Guests Service areas have an atmosphere that is conductive to overall guest experience

Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry Great command of English, both verbal and written Agile, strong analytical and critical thinking Positive spirit of conquest attitude
