Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to join our team at ei.embeauty. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective control of receivables, supporting healthy cash flow, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company’s overall operations. What you’ll be doing

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from billing and collection to payment reconciliation Monitor aging receivables and take proactive actions to reduce outstanding balances and credit risks Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming payments in the accounting system Prepare and review AR reports as well as promotional claim status reports for internal stakeholders Implement and oversee AR procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Mentor and supervise AR staff to ensure performance, accuracy, and process consistency What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting, with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable operations Solid understanding of AR processes, billing cycles, collection strategies, and reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while maintaining strong coordination with other teams How many years' experience do you have as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor?
