The Opportunity for Supervisor Research and Development (RnD)

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Supervisor Research and Development (RnD) to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full‑time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

Graduates ofDiploma / Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.

Min 1-3 years experience as Manufacturing Research and Development Supervisor

Familiar of Flow Process Design & Development

Proficiency in 3D Design Software (Catia) and CAE Simulations

Knowledge of Automotive Parts

Familiar of plastic material types, characteristics and of basic design related to plastic parts

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF are prefered

Have good leadership skills and can work in a team.

Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Creating product design activity schedules

Simulating product designs that have been created

Verify and validate the designed product

Create a breakdown of the developed product's parts list (BOM)

Join trials (machine, testing & fitting) for new project development or ECR.

Join check with customers for a new project

Handling events for new projects

Create document tooling progress report part evaluation status sheet for new project
