As a

Server (F&B) , you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave with a smile.

Requirements:

Minimum education High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or F&B service Well-groomed, polite, and maintains personal hygiene and neat appearance Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation Fast, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team under shift systems

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, inform guests of ongoing promotions, and take accurate orders Serve food and beverages according to company standards Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain outlet cleanliness Ensure every guest feels welcome and satisfied throughout their dining experience
