The opportunity PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses is seeking a talented and experienced Project Cost Control (EPC) professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As a full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring effective cost management and project profitability.

Key responsibilities

Developing and maintaining comprehensive project budgets, forecasts and cost control systems

Monitoring and analysing project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions

Preparing detailed cost reports for project stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations

Supporting the preparation of tenders and bids, ensuring accurate cost estimations

Collaborating with project managers, engineers and procurement teams to optimise cost efficiencies

Implementing effective change control procedures to manage project scope and budget changes

Providing training and guidance to project team members on cost control best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in project cost control, preferably in the EPC industry

Strong understanding of project management principles, cost engineering and cost control methodologies

Proficient in the use of project management software, spreadsheets and cost control tools

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

Certification in cost engineering or project management is an advantage
