Project & Construction Engineer

We are currently building a talent pool of experienced

Project & Construction Engineers .

The Project & Construction Engineer is responsible for supporting project execution and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate project engineering and construction activities to ensure smooth project execution

Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and construction plans before site implementation

Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

Monitor project progress and support preparation of

project reports and documentation

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including

Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrument

disciplines

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project activities run efficiently

Identify potential project or construction issues and propose mitigation or improvement plansEnsure project activities comply with

HSE standards, company policies, and project requirements

Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination during engineering and construction phases

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in

Engineering

(Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)

Minimum

7–10 years of experience

in

project engineering or construction engineering , preferably in

EPC projects

Experience in

industrial plant, oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure projects

is preferred

Strong understanding of

project execution, construction methods, and engineering documentation

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Fluent in

English (spoken and written)

Willing to travel for

business trips or project site assignments
