Build, lead, and institutionalize the Sparks Quality Management System (QMS) across centers.
Job Description
Design and enforce Sparks Quality Standards (academic, service, facility, safety, compliance).
Govern standardization & continuous improvement process.
Lead internal audit program and QA/QC team.
Review findings, manage root cause analysis, and ensure CAPA closure.
Chair monthly “Quality Review Meeting” with stakeholders.
Integrate Quality KPIs into Operations, L&D, and Facility dashboards.
Liaise with L&D for retraining and with Expansion for pre-launch readiness check.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, or Industrial Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operations audit (preferably in education, retail, or hospitality networks).
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiar with ISO-based or internal QMS frameworks.
