Job Description This is a hands‑on performance role for someone who knows how to turn media spend into measurable outcomes. As a Biddable Media Specialist, you’ll take ownership of performance campaigns across key digital platforms, managing budgets, optimizing in real time, and working closely with planning and account teams to drive results for high‑profile brands in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end execution of biddable campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic.

Actively optimise campaigns against key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).

Manage budgets responsibly and reallocate spend based on performance signals.

Turn data into clear insights and performance recommendations.

Work closely with planners, strategists, and account teams to ensure campaigns land on time and hit objectives.

Stay curious, test new formats, features, and platform updates to keep performance sharp.

A Bit About You

Solid hands‑on experience in biddable/performance media (agency experience is a big plus).

Comfortable navigating platforms, reports, and data without needing hand‑holding.

Sharp attention to detail, but still able to move fast.

Proactive, collaborative, and not afraid to speak up with ideas.

Available for a 4‑month contract and ready to jump in immediately.
