Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bali, Indonesia, for a Cluster Wedding Specialist. The specialist will manage all aspects of wedding events at BSCC and The Luna Uluwatu. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution; liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to design seamless and memorable wedding experiences; developing wedding packages, managing budgets, ensuring impeccable service quality; managing timelines, overseeing décor and setups, and addressing client needs to deliver exceptional weddings that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Event Planning, Wedding Coordination, and Vendor Management

Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills

Budget Management and Strong Organizational abilities

Flexibility and Problem‑Solving skills to address last‑minute client requests

Attention to Detail and Creative Vision for designing unique wedding concepts

Proficiency in event scheduling and logistics management

Previous experience in the hospitality or event management industry is highly desired

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
