Assistant Finance Controller

PT Satya Parahyangan Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller to join their team in Bandung, West Java. This contract role is a crucial position that will play a key part in overseeing the financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Finance Controller in managing the company's financial records, budgeting, and reporting

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow

Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and advice

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Contribute to the development and improvement of financial policies and processes

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills
