This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Product Development and Innovation Manager. The role involves driving product innovation, conducting extensive market research, leading research and development (R&D) initiatives, and implementing creative solutions for healthcare products and services. Additional responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, enhancing product offerings, and effectively communicating strategies with multiple stakeholders and teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the product development or innovation Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret extensive data to make informed decisions Experience conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities Proficiency in product innovation and leading Research and Development (R&D) initiatives Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and presenting strategies to stakeholders Proven project management abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and innovations is a strong advantage Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
