Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site building construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans, technical specifications, safety standards (HSE), and project timelines. This role ensures quality execution, proper coordination with contractors and stakeholders, and strict compliance with construction safety regulations and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily building construction activities on site. Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods. Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality standards are met. Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe working practices across all project activities. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and workforce productivity. Identify construction risks and provide practical solutions to site issues. Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and issue tracking. Ensure work is completed within agreed timelines, quality standards, and project requirements. Support safety inspections, project audits, and compliance reviews.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects (high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects preferred). Mandatory valid HSE / Construction Safety Certification. Mandatory Construction Head Certification / SKK Konstruksi (or equivalent recognized certification). Strong understanding of building construction methods including structure, architectural works, and basic MEP. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents. Good knowledge of construction safety standards and site regulations. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to be based at project sites.
