The Role: As our Merchandiser, you will be the vital link between our design vision and the final product. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle and managing the bespoke journey for our custom-order clients. Key Responsibilities • Production Management: Lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring timelines are met without compromising on MANOJA’s quality standards. • Custom Order Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for bespoke pieces—translating client desires into technical requirements for our workshop. • Sourcing & Inventory: Manage stones, metals, and findings; ensuring we have exactly what we need for both seasonal collections and one-of-a-kind commissions. • Quality Control: Inspect every piece with a jeweler's eye to ensure it meets our brand’s DNA before it reaches the customer. • Vendor Relations: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our artisans and external suppliers. What You Bring • Experience: 2+ years in jewelry merchandising or production (fine jewelry experience preferred). • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of jewelry manufacturing (casting, setting, polishing) and gemstones. • Organization: You thrive on spreadsheets, deadlines, and multi-tasking. • The \"Manoja\" Spirit: A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a love for storytelling through jewelry.
