The Manager II, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Management Path), is primarily responsible for leading a team in warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring productivity, developing strategies, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining safety compliance. Specifics include: Lead a team within warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring productivity and alignment with departmental objectives Oversee daily operations of warehouses and distribution centers, including optimization of storage space, material flows, and safety practices Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance overall business performance Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities, including collaboration with internal warehouses and external stakeholders Manage inventory, monitor material movement, and coordinate timely and accurate shipments Supervise roles involving the operation of warehouse and logistics equipment, which may or may not require formal certification Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to Good Practice (GxP) standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and completing all required training Make informed operational decisions regarding resource allocation, scheduling, and process improvement Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management initiatives, driving talent development, and enhancing employee engagement and recognition Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and uphold operational compliance standards

What Can You Bring to Alcon: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum of 3 years of relevant

managerial experience

in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations Solid understanding of export and import (EXIM) processes, including compliance with Indonesian EXIM regulations Industry experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) preferred Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in English
