Job Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium French Restaurant Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred Work together with Restaurant Manager to ensure high standards of service and maximizing profitability Good understanding in HACCP and ensure the team are well practices Understand French sequence of services Strong leadership with good and positive attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good English proficiency High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
