Business Development Director, Indonesia
Identify and evaluate new disruptive B2B retail channels and business models.
Conduct market mapping, trend scanning, and competitive analysis.
Design, test, and scale new business model pilots.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with B2B platforms and digital distributors.
Drive data-driven recommendations and channel performance reviews.
Translate market insights into brand and product opportunities.
Develop playbooks and frameworks for go-to-market excellence.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Trade Marketing, or E-Commerce.
Strong understanding of B2B retail and digital distribution ecosystems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen (JBP, pricing, promotions, P&L).
Experience managing strategic partnerships and national-level negotiations.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Build organizational capability and champion change for disruptive retail growth.
