Green Building Expert (Design & Build Project) Education:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related fields).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in the field of Green Building consultancy or assessment.

Job Responsibilities – Green Building Expert Sustainability Strategy & Design Integration:

Develop and implement sustainability frameworks for Design & Build projects, ensuring all architectural and engineering designs meet green building standards (e.g., GBCI Indonesia - GREENSHIP, LEED, or EDGE).

Conduct passive design analysis, including building orientation, natural ventilation, and daylighting optimization.

Technical Analysis & Simulation:

Perform energy modeling, thermal comfort analysis, and lighting simulations using software like DesignBuilder, IESVE, or EnergyPlus.

Oversee Water Efficiency (WE) and Energy & Atmosphere (EA) calculations to minimize the building's carbon footprint.

Material & Resource Management:

Review and select sustainable materials with low embodied carbon, high recycled content, or local sourcing requirements.

Manage Construction Waste Management plans to ensure site activities comply with environmental impact standards.

Certification Management:

Act as the lead coordinator for the entire certification process, from registration and documentation to final audit by third‑party rating bodies.

Liaise with clients, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure all technical evidence for credit points is collected.

Technical Advisory for Procurement:

Provide technical specifications for high‑efficiency HVAC systems, smart lighting, and renewable energy integrations (e.g., Solar PV) to the procurement team.

Evaluate subcontractors' work methods to ensure they align with green practices.

Site Inspection & Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of green features and ensure the "Build" phase does not compromise the "Design" intent.

Facilitate Commissioning (Cx) of building systems to verify they perform according to the sustainability targets.
