Role Description

This is a contract role for a Cloud & Edge Infrastructure Engineer, based on-site in Cilandak. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Cloud & Edge Infrastructure to support business operations and customer services. This role involves technical execution, cross‑team collaboration, vendor coordination, and ensuring that the infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and high-performing. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of Cloud & Edge Infrastructure protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.). Hands‑on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Proven skills in infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network security tools (firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS). Familiarity with monitoring tools for performance analysis. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Designing and implementing Cloud & Edge Infrastructure solutions. Deploying, configuring, and managing devices such as servers, routers, switches, APs, and edge equipment. Providing installation, troubleshooting, and technical support (on‑site & remote). Coordinating with vendors and third parties, including RMA and Connectivity Services. Monitoring infrastructure performance, traffic, and security — responding to incidents as needed. Optimizing infrastructure for improved reliability, performance, and scalability. Collaborating with internal teams (Service Management, SysAdmin, Cybersecurity). Preparing reports and updating incident tickets via JARVIS – ServiceNow.
