Key Responsibilities Next.js Architecture:

Define and maintain the high-level architecture using

Next.js , balancing Static Site Generation (SSG) for marketing pages and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for secure, dynamic user dashboards. High-Performance Trading UI:

Optimize React rendering cycles to handle high-frequency data updates (prices, order books, and trade history) without UI jank or memory leaks. State Management:

Lead the strategy for complex state management (e.g., Zustand, TanStack Query, or Redux) to ensure data consistency across the trading terminal. Security Integration:

Work with the Cybersec team to implement strict Content Security Policies (CSP), secure cookie handling, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) flows. Code Excellence:

Establish \"The FLOQ Way\" for frontend development: enforcing TypeScript strictness, reusable component patterns, and comprehensive unit/E2E testing (Cypress/Playwright). Mentorship:

Act as a technical multiplier, conducting high-standard code reviews and coaching engineers on modern React patterns and performance profiling.

Required Qualifications Experience:

7+ years in Web Development, with 2+ years leading engineering teams in high-growth environments (Fintech, E-commerce, or Crypto). React & Next.js Mastery:

Deep expertise in the

React

ecosystem and

Next.js 14/15+

(App Router, Server Components, and Middleware). TypeScript Expert:

Strong believer in type safety for preventing runtime errors in sensitive financial transactions. Real-time Systems:

Proven experience with

WebSockets (Socket.io/WSS)

and optimizing data-heavy UIs. Local Knowledge:

Strong familiarity with the Indonesian digital landscape and UI/UX preferences of local retail investors.

Preferred Skills Financial Visuals:

Experience integrating

TradingView Lightweight Charts

or similar financial visualization libraries. Optimization:

Hands-on experience with Web Vitals, Bundle Analysis, and minimizing Time to Interactive (TTI). Internationalization:

Experience managing multi-language support (English/Bahasa Indonesia) within Next.js.
