About the Role
We are hiring a high-performance Sales Associate (Client Engagement Specialist) to help prospective clients (PCs) make clear, informed decisions about representation in their own or their loved one’s case in Immigration Court.
All calls are inbound (booked appointments and hot transfers) and are pre-screened for eligibility.
This is a consultative, high-integrity closing. No manipulation. No pressure tactics. You listen, ask questions, and help people make decisive choices when representation will move them toward their goals.
This is not a legal services role. You will not provide legal advice or do paralegal work. Rather, you will guide PCs through a consultative intake and enrollment process, close qualified leads when appropriate, and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal and client care teams.
About You
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, self-driven, and accountable. This role is for a person who wants to be measured, wants to win, and believes in the mission of the firm. We’re seeking someone who believes ruthlessly that people want what they say they want and who is willing to ask the tough, uncomfortable questions required to help them not give up on themselves.
Minimum Requirements
Language Proficiency
Spanish: C2 (written and verbal)
English: B2+ (written and verbal)
Sales Experience
Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals with empathy, clarity, and urgency
Comfortable working with clients in emotionally intense situations
Performance + Accountability
Experience working under KPIs (conversion rate, revenue closed, entering data in the CRM, follow-up conversion)
Must provide historical performance metrics from prior roles (conversion rates, earnings, revenue, or similar)
Technical Requirements
Comfortable using CRM systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Strong follow-up discipline and accurate documentation habits

This is a performance-driven role. Success is defined by measurable outcomes, not effort.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Consultations and Enrollment
Lead structured Discovery Calls with PCs
Gather relevant information and identify the PC’s goals, urgency, and fit
Explain the firm’s process and services clearly and honestly
Present firm-approved fees and payment options (no negotiation)
Closing and Client Handoff
Secure signed agreements and initial payments
Prepare the client for attorney approval and onboarding
Ensure smooth handoff to the legal and client care teams
Follow-up and Pipeline Discipline
Follow up consistently with PCs who do not sign immediately
Maintain detailed CRM records for every call, outcome, and next step

Provide legal advice or recommend legal strategy

Finalize engagement without attorney approval

You will be the bridge between fear and action for families facing deportation.
Compensation and Performance Structure (ROWE)
This position is compensated under a ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) system.
Top performers earn $10k+ per month.
Typical new closers earn $2k–$3k while ramping.
Schedule
Up to you. Set your availability so Intake knows when to schedule your Discovery Calls. You’re required to schedule a minimum of 10 Strategy Sessions per week (which can be accomplished on a PT schedule with a 50% conversion rate), but there's no maximum.
