Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting based on PSAK.

Review journal entries, general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.

Oversee tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/4(2), and annual corporate tax reports).

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial and tax matters.

Improve accounting processes and ensure implementation of internal control systems.

Lead, guide, and develop the finance & accounting team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Background in e-commerce is preferred.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or similar) and Excel.

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
