RISK MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Duties

Develop and implement the company’s Risk Management Framework Lead risk identification workshops and maintain the Enterprise Risk Register Monitor and ensure timely execution of mitigation action plans Escalate High and Extreme risks to senior management Provide monthly risk dashboards and quarterly heat map reports Ensure compliance with mining regulations and corporate governance standards Support risk-based decision making for strategic and operational projects Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 7–10 years of experience in mining, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor role Ability to achieve company and team performance targets effectively. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ISO 31000 framework Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and SCADA/CITECT or similar systems. Experienced in risk identification, risk register development, and 5×5 risk scoring methodology Familiar with mining operational risks (geotechnical, dewatering, regulatory, contractor, safety) Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and presentation skills High integrity and ability to communicate assertively with cross-functional teams
