Overseas Business Registration Manager (Indonesia)

Responsible for coordinating with cross-border clients, local Indonesian intermediaries and internal teams, following up on the full process of Indonesian company establishment and registration, and leading the handling of corporate registration, product certification and other business registration affairs.

Deeply understand clients' business needs, assist in designing and implementing optimized enterprise equity structure and registration solutions, and provide professional advice and risk warnings.

Be responsible for sorting out, reviewing and delivering the full set of business registration documents to clients, ensuring the process is compliant and efficient.

Dynamically track the changes in laws, regulations and policies related to Indonesian company registration, foreign investment and industry access, and timely conduct business risk early warning and process optimization.

Job Requirements

Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in law, business, management or related fields is preferred. Proficient in Indonesian and English with excellent communication skills.

Master the full set of laws, regulations and practical procedures for Indonesian company registration, modification and cancellation, with proven practical experience in successfully handling Indonesian company registration.

Familiar with Indonesian foreign investment policies, industry licenses and product certification requirements, and able to provide clients with clear access path planning.

Possess outstanding cross-cultural communication skills, project promotion capabilities and customer service awareness, and be able to efficiently coordinate multi-party resources.

Candidates with experience in providing business registration services for cross-border e-commerce or overseas expansion enterprises will be given priority.
