Ordering & Distribution Analyst

Aden Indonesia is looking for a detail-driven Ordering & Distribution Analyst to support ordering, distribution, and logistics cost analysis activities. This role is based in Jakarta and works closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance (Head Office), and site Operations teams. Strong process compliance, analytical capability, and reporting accuracy are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate logistics cost reports, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses.

Analyze logistics and ordering cost trends, identify variances, and propose cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget alignment.

Collaborate with Demand Planning (OPIC) to align order schedules with forecasted demand.

Prepare and deliver regular ordering & distribution reports, including:

PR to Expected Delivery Date (KPI 1) PR Creation to PR Approval (KPI 2) PR to PO Conversion (KPI 3)

Utilize ERP and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making and operational visibility.

Ensure full compliance with internal processes, procedures, and instructions.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions.

Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.

Strong interest in data analysis and reporting.

Experience working with ERP systems; BI tools knowledge is an advantage.

Active English communication skills (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
