About the Team
Funding Planning and controlling Team is under Funding team, focusing on planning and controlling on funding both of retail and institution lenders to fulfill demand lending from borrowers and this team also works closely with cross‑functional team and management to align with corporate goals.
About the Role
As a Portfolio Management Analyst you will be in charge of increasing the number of premium lenders, active lenders, share of wallet, product holding, lowering churn and reporting. As an individual contributor in Funding team, you will work closely with the funding business unit, risk management, operations, marketing, and data science team.
Responsibilities
Do end‑to‑end segmentation activity: create segmentation (segment and subsegment), perform portfolio actions, control execution, and review results
Build customer journey for retail and premium lenders
Generate leads for funding business units for cross‑sell/up‑sell activities to increase product holding and sales productivity
Identify retail and premium segments for both individuals and non‑individual needs and behavior to generate insights and shape acquisition and retention strategy
Proactively collaborate with business unit teams to apply customer insights
Formulate various business insights through analytics‑driven methodology to discover opportunities and improve performance
Prepare business insights framework from opportunity gathering, data sizing, business presentation, and revenue/volume impact analysis
Create and analyze reports and identify opportunities for the funding business
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, any major
4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and/or portfolio management within financial services
Strong attention to detail and motivation in a fast‑paced business environment
Strong individual contributor, highly skilled at working effectively with cross‑functional teams
Strong Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charting, and other basic functions) to continuously optimize strategies through analysis
Fluent in Hive SQL, familiar with Python, SAS, R, Spark, and similar data‑analysis tools
Logical thinking, proactive communication, and good teamwork
