Finance & Accounting Manager at LeadGeeks.

This leadership role is a strategic step for those ready to take full ownership of financial integrity and disciplined execution within our growing business environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director/Management, the manager will blend rigorous accounting oversight with strategic advisory to support our long-term objectives.

This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Reviewing and approving all accounting entries, reconciliations, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Leading and finalizing the monthly closing process to ensure timely and reliable financial reporting. Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) with key variance insights. Developing and monitoring budgets and cashflow forecasts to support financial planning. Establishing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and coordinating with external tax advisors for timely compliance (VAT/PPN, Corporate Tax, Payroll). Providing financial analysis and risk insights to support strategic decision-making. Reviewing and supervising the work of accounting staff to maintain high standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You should have: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles. Proven ownership of leading full-cycle monthly closing independently. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling) and experience preparing complete financial statements. Solid understanding of accrual accounting and reporting standards (IFRS / PSAK / GAAP). Strong English communication skills, especially in speaking. Analytical thinker who challenges numbers and works in a structured, deadline-oriented manner. Demonstrates high professional ethics and integrity. Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving SME environment.
