We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented

TaxSpecialist

to manageallaspectsoftaxcompliance,reporting,andplanningforthecompany.Theidealcandidatewillpossessadeepunderstandingoflocalandinternationaltaxregulationsandbeproficientinmanagingtaxprocessesandinteractingwithtaxauthorities.Thisroleiscriticaltomaintainingourfinancialhealthandlegalstanding.

WhatYou’llDo

PreparationandFiling: Prepare,review,andfileallrequiredtaxreturns(e.g., VAT/GST , incometax , withholdingtax , corporatetax , transferpricing , etc.) accurately and on time.

Compliance: Ensurecompletecompliancewithallapplicabletaxlaws,regulations,andreportingrequirements.

TaxStrategy: Advisemanagementoneffectivetaxplanningstrategiestooptimizethecompany'staxefficiencyandminimizeliabilities.

LegislationMonitoring: Monitorchangesintaxlegislation,rules,andregulationsandassesstheirimmediateandlong-termimpactonthecompany.

AuditsandAuthorities: Managetaxaudits,assessments,andallofficialcorrespondenceandnegotiationswithtaxauthoritiesandgovernmentagencies.

Coordination: Coordinateeffectivelywithexternalauditors,taxadvisors,andrelevantgovernmentagencies.

RecordKeeping: Maintainandorganizecomprehensivetaxrecords,supportingdocuments,andreconciliationsforauditreadiness.

FinancialReporting: Supportthefinancialreportingprocessbyensuringproperaccountingforcurrentanddeferredtaxesinlinewithaccountingstandards.

InternalGuidance: Provideexpertguidanceandclearcommunicationtootherdepartmentsonthetaximplicationsofvariousbusinessdecisionsandtransactions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’sdegreein Accounting,Finance,Taxation ,oracloselyrelatedfield.

Minimum3–5years ofprogressiveexperienceintaxcompliance,planning,andreportingwithinacorporateenvironmentorpublicaccountingfirm.

SkillsandKnowledge

Strongknowledgeof localtaxlaws andestablished internationaltaxationprinciples .

Provenexperienceindealingwith taxauthorities andsuccessfullyhandling taxaudits .

Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills withastrategicmindset.

Abilitytoworkeffectively underpressure andconsistently meettightdeadlines
