Responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, and developing, managing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, such as contract renewals, upselling, and crossโselling additional products or services.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of services delivered by the company.
Analyze customer data to identify potential needs, interests, or issues, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Review customer activity reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
Meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products or services that may be relevant to their business needs.
Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.
Requirements
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
Experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager or in B2B Sales.
Strong network and proven experience in prospecting, acquiring, and managing customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Targetโoriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of business acumen and customer focus.
