We are looking to hire

Senior

Odoo Developer

that would like to establish himself in a progressive and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Odoo modules and customizations

Analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior/mid developers

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high coding standards

Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations Optimize database queries and application performance Manage deployment processes and version control (e.g., Git, Odoo.sh, Docker) Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers for seamless delivery Stay updated on Odoo updates, community contributions, and industry trends

Requirements Minimum

4+ years of experience

developing in Odoo (v12 and above)

Deep understanding of

Python ,

Odoo ORM , and

Odoo framework architecture

Strong experience with

PostgreSQL , database tuning, and performance optimization

Familiarity with

Odoo.sh ,

Git , and CI/CD pipelines Experience integrating Odoo with external services via REST/SOAP APIs Proven track record of delivering complex Odoo projects end-to-end Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia Shalat 5 times a day Nice to have

Experience with

Odoo Enterprise

or

multi-company/multi-country

setups

Contributions to the

Odoo Community

or open-source projects

Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

methodologies

Knowledge of

Docker ,

Linux server environments , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
