Senior AI Engineer

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to support business goals. This role involves working with machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI systems to improve automation, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

Build, test, and maintain AI pipelines and production‑ready systems.

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high‑quality and clean data for model training.

Implement AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges.

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Research new AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Deploy AI models into production environments using MLOps tools and techniques.

Create technical documentation and present insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in AI development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
