Finance, Accounting, Tax Supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the FAT field

Prior experience in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company is an advantage

Skilled in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and audit processes

Knowledgeable in taxation and proficient in related accounting applications

Experienced in preparing accounting journals

High sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

Perform daily input of accounting vouchers

Prepare and manage accounting journal entries

Maintain accurate recording of daily financial transactions

Review, verify, and organize original receipts and payment documents

Manage invoice purchases and issuance, ensuring availability, accuracy, authenticity, and completeness

Handle various administrative and financial support tasks

Prepare FAT-related reports and documents for both Internal Audit and External Audit (KAP)

Carry out additional duties as assigned by the FAT Manager
