Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager. Job Responsibilities

Create and implement a plan to establish and maintain product or service quality standards. Manage and mentor QA/QC personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance reviews. Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and certifications to ensure compliance with relevant requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Track and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of products or services. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to integrate quality practices and resolve quality issues. Ensuring that products or services meet customer expectations and resolving quality-related complaints. Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management. Developing and delivering training programs to increase quality awareness throughout the organization. Other tasks as assigned. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Good English communication skills (above conversational level). Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA/QC Manager. Experience in a steel manufacturing company (Japanese company experience is an advantage). Stable career background. Willing and able to commute between two work locations: Karawang and Cibitung.
