Sales Manager (Tools)

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Tools industry

(Power Tools, Hand Tools, etc.). Proven experience in a managerial role, leading a team of more than 5 members. Strong understanding of tools products, GT channel, and regional market dynamics. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity and strong business acumen. Willing to travel for business purposes. Conversational English is required. Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets across

Jakarta and West Indonesia. Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure operational excellence. Expand and optimize distributor networks while strengthening relationships with key accounts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions. Ensure proper credit management and maintain healthy distributor financial standing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy.
