QC SUPERVISOR

Education:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to read

Instruction Manuals

and

Bill of Materials (BOM) .

Quality Inspection:

Proficient in

garment measurement

and inspection techniques.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a

QC Supervisor

in the garment industry.

Job Description

Garment Inspection:

Conduct random

measurement checks

and garment inspections.

In-line Checking:

Perform

in-line inspections

to monitor quality during the production process.

Pre-final & Final Inspection:

Lead both

Pre-Final

and

Final Inspections

before shipment.

Technical Review:

Review and interpret

Instruction Manuals

and the

Bill of Materials (BOM/ADTP) .

Quality Decision Making:

Serve as the primary decision-maker for all

quality-related issues

and deviations.

Embllishment Approval:

Inspect and approve

embellishments

(e.g., printing, embroidery, or washing).

Personnel Training:

Conduct regular

QC training

sessions for the inspection team.
