We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to join our team. This role supports the company’s corporate legal function, covering contract management, commercial legal support, and corporate compliance reporting. The position will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure agreements, corporate documentation, and regulatory obligations are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal support and advisory for day-to-day corporate, business, and operational activities. Review and draft agreements, including operational contracts, vendor agreements, and standard commercial documents. Support corporate compliance reporting, including preparation and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., LKPM) and maintenance of corporate records. Manage company licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and coordination with relevant authorities through OSS and other platforms. Prepare and maintain corporate legal documents, including board resolutions, shareholder approvals, and statutory documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of legal, corporate, and compliance documentation. Maintain organized legal records and documentation to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law. 2–5 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or in-house legal roles. Strong knowledge of contract drafting and corporate legal documentation. Familiarity with corporate compliance processes, including licensing and regulatory reporting (e.g., OSS, LKPM). Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to identify gaps and improve legal and compliance processes. Proactive mindset with the ability to develop, organize, and improve legal documentation systems, trackers, and internal processes. Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
