Information Technology Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to design a system to fulfill customer needs and communicate with stakeholder to ensure smooth implementation.

You will be required to document customer requirement, create functional design, and communicate with developer and client to meet deadlines and customer requirement.

Responsibilities Discuss with stakeholders on their needs and create Gap analysis with existing system Create Blueprint Document Gather feedback from end users after Go Live/Implementation Create technical document (Functional Specification Design, Flowchart, ERD, Use Case Diagram) Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary Create User Acceptance Test Script and Perform UAT with client Create user guide and provide user training QC and Testing before deployment Provide weekly report meeting documentation Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges Motivate team to achieve task within deadline Client Support

Requirements Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma Familiarity with tools to create flowchart, ERD, DFD such as visio or enterprise architect The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentation Experienced working in Agile workflow 1 year of working experience as IT Business Analyst Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (S-1) in Information System Having own vehicle ( Motor / Car ) and Laptop is a must Having good communication and presentation skill Having good writing and analytical skills Fast learner, detailed person, and good problem solving skills High integrity, committed, and responsible person Ability to travel outside Jakarta/placed outside Jakarta
