General Manager – Repair and Maintenance

Leading, coordinating, and controlling the use, operation, and maintenance of all necessary equipment of all Mining Operations & Construction Projects. Both for heavy equipment and other supporting equipment, including spare parts, for operational smoothness to support the achievement of timely project completion schedule, production achieved on target, and meeting standard quality and cost. This position reports to the Operational Director. Job Responsibilities

Monitor all procured parts and materials needed for planned and unplanned work orders, coordination with Logistic Department for estimation all parts supplied to site for job completion. Create budget repair cost for all repair and maintenance activities and monitor daily, weekly and monthly. Prioritize planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance activity for equipment maintenance. Lead, coordinate and control the preparation of equipment maintenance program Lead, coordinate and control readiness of all tools to be feasible to operate. Initiates, implements, and manage the plant equipment maintenance program based on best practices with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. Record and record stock of company goods(material / material, spare part inventory). Conduct examination of all units to identify the problem and determine preventive maintenance steps. Plan and monitor all unit repair activities and monitor both daily and monthly reports. Report to PM/OM/GM at site and Operational Director / BOD periodically. Plan, organize and monitor maintenance operations which ensure the most effective of maintenance program Initiates, implements, and manage the plant equipment maintenance program based on best practices with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. Lead, coordinate, and control the way storage of goods and record the entry of goods in the warehouse Create / compile daily, weekly, monthly reports that the company has established and other reports relating to its duties and responsibilities. Make news of acceptance / rejection of spare part or other goods after controlling quality and quantity by quality control tools. Search / survey data on the price of goods and materials from suppliers per individual or corporation / producer company. Continuous improvement in all aspect in plant activities to gain high performance equipment with reliable cost. Create maintenance strategic continuous improvement to ensure all plant equipment are maintained efficiently to improve upon MTBR, MTBF, FMEA to provide better MA, PA etc. Continue improvement of plant procedure, policies, environment and health and safety (HSE) – safe working to achieve the target of zero accident LTI. Recommended major overhaul or replacement of plant and equipment. Train the staff & Mechanics to improve their skills on frontline Supervision, rigging and dogging, hydraulic System, auto electrical, System, Power Train, automatic transmission & engine overhaul. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system for tracking spare parts and Maintenance history of plant equipment – preferable to use SAP system. Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experienced in Project Coal Mining in same position minimum 10-12 years Mastering the management of Basic Maintenance Management & Equipment Have a strong Leadership & Motivational Spirit Understand wide knowledge of Spare Parts Management for various heavy machineries (bulldozer, compactor, excavator, dump truck, coal crusher, drilling machine, crane, forklift, water truck, etc) from various brands (Komatsu, Volvo, Caterpillar, Scania, Nissan, Boomag, etc) Having Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving Understanding the principles of Occupational safety and health and/BOD environmental management systems (HSEQ) About Talent Search Recruitment
